The following terms and conditions are established to assist you in arranging your event. These terms and conditions are intended to ensure an excellent level of quality in your food and beverage services.
Terms and Conditions
- Your event will be confirmed when you have supplied Ordoñez Restaurant with a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total estimated quote.
- Any outside food item, such as cakes, or desserts brought in during event will incur a fee of $1.50 per person. Alcoholic beverages will be treated as “cash and carry” and is not included in this quoted contract.
- You will be quoted for a 2 1/2 hour maximum time frame for your event. Each additional hour incurs a fee of $100.
- Attendance final guest count for an event must be received 3 full days prior to your event. If attendance is 10% above the guaranteed number, we will make every effort to accommodate your group; however, we cannot guarantee availability of additional items as specified in the original order and will be substituted accordingly.
- We reserve the right to refuse events that are requested late or exceed our capacity to provide service.
- All bills must be settled in full upon conclusion of the reservation.
